Welcome to the 2015 Shiloh Cattle Company “Trendsetter” Bull Sale.

We would like to thank you in advance for considering our program to fulfill your herd’s requirements for a new sire or replacement heifers. We know there are lots of choices out there and we sincerely appreciate your business.

It’s hard to believe another year has come and gone, and a prosperous one at that. Beef prices have continued to soar and it seems as though confidence in the cattle market is increasing every day.

On that note, we are striving to produce cattle that not only excel in some of the best genetics in North America and the World, but cattle that are consistent in soundness, structural correctness, calving ease, performance, and a kind disposition.

We believe our bulls and replacement heifers reflect these important, industry leading qualities.

The bulls have been fed hay along with being pail fed a 13% protein pellet ration. This method ensures a controlled feeding program with maximum contact to produce calm, healthy cattle.

We had another exciting and successful show season with a couple highlights to mention.

Once again we have been blessed with a Canadian Angus Champion in 2014. Our bull calf, RED SHILOH BUZZ BOUT LOADED 9B, received the honor of the Canadian Angus Association’s Red Angus Bull Calf of the Year, as well as bringing home Reserve Championships from Olds and Lloydminster.

Our heifer calf, RED SHILOH A LOADED GAL 14B, was the People’s Choice Grand Champion Heifer at this year’s Canadian Red Roundup Show and Sale in Red Deer, Ab. This year we will be moving our bull sale home to the Ranch and to our new Sale Barn. This will be an exciting venture and much more convenient for you, our buyers, as the bulls will be on display for viewing right outside the doors of the barn. Once you have looked at the bulls, it’s just a few steps away to the warmth of the Sale Barn and some down home hospitality before and after the sale. Be sure to come early to ensure you have enough time to view all the bulls. Viewing starts at 10:00 AM sale day, but please feel free to contact us anytime to arrange for viewing before sale day.

If you are unable to attend sale day, contact us here at the Ranch or any of our Sale Consultants listed and we will work with you to figure out what bulls suit your programs requirements.

This will be the first year we will be offering packages of replacement heifers at our sale. There will be several lots available. We chose only the very best heifer calves from our 2014 calf crop.

We would never sell an an animal that we would not be proud to have in our own herd here at Shiloh.

If you choose to take your bulls home on sale day you will receive a $100 DISCOUNT on your purchase “PER BULL”.

Bulls will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE within 250 km. Delivery fees MAY APPLY for distances further than 250 km.

BULLS may be kept FREE OF CHARGE at Shiloh Cattle Company until May 1st/2015. A charge of $3.00 per day will be charged after May 1st/2015 and animals must then be picked up by the purchaser at the ranch.

Once again our “ Fully Loaded” sire has produced an incredible crop of bulls in 2014. Four of his nine male offspring in this year’s sale made it to our show pen, including SCCA 9B, the Canadian Angus Association’s Grand Champion Red Angus Bull Calf of the Year. His females have had similar success producing 2 champion heifers in 2013/2014. He produces consistently moderate birth weights with calves that are sure footed, wide topped, and have tons of length and hair to spare.

His son, SCCA 2A, was our high selling bull in 2014. We just love this bull.

TERMS: The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable in Canadian funds unless previous arrangements have been with individual consigners. Settlement prior to any cattle released.As soon as an animal is sold, it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. Any animal remaining at Shiloh Cattle Company must be Insured. Livestock coverage will be available from the clerk’s desk on sale day.

CERTIFICATE AND REGISTRY: Certificate of registry dually transferred will be furnished to the buyer for each registered animal after complete and full payment has been made.

IDENTIFICATION: Each animal will carry a CCIA digital frequency tag as well as a ear tag.

BREEDERS GUARANTEE: All cattle are sound and right to sell with a responsible breeder guarantee of satisfaction. In the event of an unlikely dispute, the regular terms and conditions standard with the Canadian Aberdeen Angus Association shall apply. Any complaints regarding fertility of any animal in the sale shall be directed to the breeder. No incidental expense such as feed, veterinarian charges, interest, etc., will be charged by either party.Under no circumstances shall the seller be responsible for more than the purchase price paid for the bull.
