CSC Bull Sale Terms and Conditions
Time: Sale will begin at 1:00p.m., April 14, 20156. Each animal, on which there are two or more bids, will be sold to the highest bidder. Terms: The terms of sale are Cash or Check. Disputes: The Auctioneer will settle any and all disputes as to bids by declaring all bids off and reselling the animal in question. Handling: Each animal will be at purchaser’s risk as soon as sold, but will be cared for until they are loaded, free of charge to the purchaser, but at the risk of loss or injury. Certificates: A certificate of registry and transfer will be furnished for each animal sold, with the exception of the composite bulls. Breeding Guarantee: All bulls have been semen checked by a licensed veterinarian and determined to have satisfactory semen. All bulls are sold as guaranteed breeders, if properly cared for. Any bull that settles at least one‐third of healthy cows he breeds will be considered a breeder. If any bull fails to breed, it may be returned to the farm of the seller at the buyer’s expense and, if in good condition and complying with the health requirements of the seller’s state, shall entitle the buyer to a satisfactory adjustment. If a bull is a non‐breeder, the seller shall be entitled to six months following the return of the animal in which to demonstrate that he is a breeder. A full refund of purchase price is considered a satisfactory adjustment if the buyer and seller cannot agree on a satisfactory replacement. All claim must be made within 6 months of sale. Announcements: Announcements from the Auction Box will take precedence over the printed matter in this catalog. Liability: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Connors State College assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur. Contract: The above terms and guarantee shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller on each animal sold. All bulls are the property of the consignor, not the college, and Connors State College acts only as an agent in conducting the bull test and sale. Health: Interstate health papers will be provided.
