Greetings, I would like to welcome you back to Circle F Farms, we are excited to showcase some of our best cattle during this Fall Sale. To all of our new friends and customers, we look forward to working with you and helping you add some of our Circle F elite genetics to your herd. As many of you know I am the owner of 8 car dealerships in Baxley, Ga. I bought my very first Chevrolet dealership in Hazlehurst, Georgia, in 1996 but my passion for raising cattle was still as strong as it was when I was a young boy. I worked hard to establish my car dealership, and then decided I needed to fulfill my passion and my dream of owning a ranch. In 2001, I purchased 500 acres and formed Circle F Farms, LLC. From there, I was on the search for a top-notch cattleman. I found that man in Joe Eason, and I hired him in 2002 to oversee new ground cleaning, putting up fence and raising commercial cattle. Through many ups and downs, we continued to work towards owning some of the best Brahman and F1 cattle in the country. I often get the question, Why Brahmans, Why Gray Brahmans in South Ga? The answer is always simple, Passion. In April 2013, my father and best friend, James E. Folsom passed away. Several months later, I had the opportunity to invest his retirement savings. After much thought and consideration I talked through several options with my mother, the answer was very clear. I’ve always known how much she and my Daddy loved Gray Brahman cattle, so I decided to invest into buying Gray Brahmans for Circle F Farms. Through great relationships with friends and cattlemen all across the country, we were able to make my dream a reality and continue to build the brand of Circle F. We began with J.D. Hudgins and V8 Ranch genetics to ensure we were able to offer some of the best bloodlines available. Over the last several years, we have strived to build upon those genetics and are excited about the future of all Circle F cattle. Our cattle come with the Circle F promise, we stand behind each purchase and look forward to working with you and your farm for years to come. My family and I have been blessed over the years and through hard work, continue to strive for excellence in all that we do. With my wife Tamela, and our two children Tanner and Anna Kate, we welcome you to the Circle F Family. Sale Terms: Cash or check. Cattle will be sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer will settle any bid disputes on the auction block. All cattle are to be paid for by the purchaser at the time of the sale. Cattle will not be released until after settlement has been made. Each animal will be at the purchaser’s risk immediately after it is sold. Announcements made on sale day on the auction block shall take precedence over the information in this sale catalog or other advertising. We reserve the right to withdraw any sale lot that does not meet our specifications prior to the sale.

Health: All cattle are in excellent health and evaluated on a health protocol by an accredited Vet. Dr. Lee Jones with the State of Georgia. Breeding Guarantee: All bulls sold in this sale have passed a fertility test and are guaranteed by Circle F to be breeders, provided they are properly

cared for and handled by purchaser. All bulls have been trichomoniasis tested negative. Any bull failing to breed after 6 months may be returned to the seller if in good condition. Seller reserves the right to try bull for 6 months. If he proves to be a breeder, he will be returned at buyer’s expense. If the bull proves to be a non-breeder, a credit will be issued for the next Circle F Farms sale. Seller is not liable for bulls lost due to injury or death. Bred females are considered breeders with no further guarantee. Open females are guaranteed to be breeders. If heifer is not pregnant by 30 months of age, she may be returned to seller and seller has six months to prove her as a breeder. If she is not bred after 6 months, a credit will be issued to be used at the next Circle F Farms sale.

Hauling:

Cattle purchased within a 200 mile radius of Baxley, Georgia, will be delivered at no charge. Anyone who purchases 5 head or more will also receive free delivery. All other animals will be delivered to a central location in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisianna, and Texas for a flat rate of $200 per head. Contact sale management for more details or if your state is not listed.
