3  Srawberry Ridge Red Angus
Welcome to Strawberry Ridge and our 1st Annual Female Production Sale At Strawberry Ridge we have been steadily increasing our cow herd to match our range. We have tried to build a cow herd with balance, never trying to focus on one trait, along with raising a herd with moderate birth, above average growth and milk, cows moderate in frame, functional udders and feet. We have been adding out-cross genetics. I believe that every herd still has room to improve. We hope that we are always improving. It is now time to part with some of these great improvements to the Red Angus breed. That being said, we are offering all of our 7 year old cows, regardless of their 2011 calving dates, some are AI bred, some are natural serviced. These great matrons have continued to be the money makers for the ranch, while adding several future money makers. Flo-Marie 150 our great home raised donor cow, will also be offered. The bred heifers and heifer calves will exhibit the fresh genetics that we have been adding for several years. There are several show prospects, all these females have been kept for our own use, these are not culls and would be happy to just keep them in our herd. We hope that you are as impressed with our offering as we are proud to offer them. As a special treat, to our commercial buyers, Harold Brown of Dillon Montana is consigning a great set of Red Baldie bred female, and a set of Red Angus cross bred females. These females are AI bred and cleaned up to Strawberry Ridge calving ease bulls. Jim Frazier Strawberry Ridge Ranch Manager

Reference Sires
Service Sires Due to pasture size and environment we natural service our cows using 2 or 3 bulls per pasture. All bred cows have been ultra sounded to determine due dates anything multiple sired, The Ridge will pay for DNA to distinguish sire. Group #1 Bred Heifers only – both bulls used on heifers last year – great calving ease in both
