Welcome to the annual Lyman Livestock Cattlemen to Cattlemen bull sale, I know you hear this often, but we just may have our best set of bulls in over 20+ years of breeding seedstock genetics. As we continue to refine and improve our genetics, I want you to know that our valued customers/ partners in this industry are at the forefront of our genetic selections. We understand that a cow must give birth, unassisted and raise a healthy scale busting calf all while breeding back herself on her first cycle post calving. With any herd our focus is predominantly on the female side. We believe if you have great females, they will raise your top-notch bull & steer calves yearly. We have what you’re looking for large sire groups that will help you breed for like calves these sires include TFS Outlaw, Hook’s Eagle, Great Western, Gus & Patriarch to name a few. The bull calves weaned at there highest average weight ever this year while summering in the Idaho mountain valleys.

We have kept High Altitude testing (PAP) at the forefront of our operation for the last 20+ years, we pap tested this year at 6300 ft. Our highest pap was a score of 49, 85% of the bulls scored a test of 41 or lower making them suitable for high elevation. Dr Truman from San Rafael vet clinic tested the bulls. If you have any questions on pap testing, please reach out to us.

We are very excited to become part of the Allied Genetic Resource marketing partnership. We believe that with there help we will be able to give you our customers another option in marketing your calves yearly. They work with Superior livestock to help market your calves for the best dollar possible, when using Allied genetics seed stock bulls.

Sale Terms And Conditions

Cattle will be sold under the terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association, American Angus Association and American Gelbvieh Association.

Breeding Guarantee

Bulls will be semen and Tric tested and are guaranteed breeders.

Livestock Insurance

We cannot guarantee the bulls will not be injured while at our facility post sale, we highly recommend you purchase livestock insurance. We will have it available sale day.
