JobsCayman Portal


How to get to the JobsCayman Portal


Step 1-Go to the WORC website. www.worc.ky


Step 2-Select “JobsCayman Portal” Tab on the top right hand side.


Step 3-Select “Login”


Step 4-It will direct you to the JobsCayman Portal.


How to Create a CIGnet Account


Step 1-Open up JobsCayman Portal, and select “Click Here”


Step 2-Select “Register for an Account”


Step 3-Fill out the First Name, Surname and Email


Step 4-Select “Next”


Step 5-Create a strong Password.


Step 6-Select Next.


Step 7-Answer the Questions (at least the ones with the asterisks).


Step 8-Click “Register”


How to do a Password Reset for the CIGnet Account


Step 1-Open up JobsCayman Portal, and select “Click Here”


Step 2-Select “Reset Password”


Step 3-Put in the email that is used for the Username and the image


Step 4-Hit “Continue”


Step 4-Hit “Continue”


Step 5-Put the verification code in that you would receive in your email.


Step 6-Hit Continue.


Step 7-Create a strong password.


Step 8-Hit “Submit”.


Registration Processes Explained • Every user of JobsCayman must be registered as a Person. • Once a Person’s registration has been approved, they can expand their account to include a JobSeeker Profile, an Employer Profile or both. • Employer Profiles have the ability to share access: • This facilities 3rd party agents acting on behalf pf the employer as well as access within the employer’s company to multiple staff members. • The Employer will be responsible for managing who has access to their Employer Profile and the level of access granted or revoked for each profile. • Also the Employer can give full access to a delegated staff member to operate as the owner.

• The profile(s) that have been registered/placed as an agent on a Person’s account, can determine what services they are able to access by the account holder: • Examples: •

Registration Processes Explained Continued… • Each Registrant’s Intake Form will then be sent to the Customer Care Officers whom will review and Process the document(s). This may take between 1 to 3 business days to complete. • With every case that is sent back to the Registrant, they have 10 calendar days to make the necessary adjustments that was requested. Failure to comply, it will result in the system will automatically cancel the Case.


Person Registration Processes • CAYMANIAN:

• A valid Photo ID, such as:

When registering as a Person there are some documents that are required. The documents the Registrant will need to provide, are as follows:

• A Driver’s License; • Passport; or • Voter’s ID.

• Evidence, such as:

Voter’s ID; Birth Certificate; Cayman Status Certificate; Cayman Status Stamp (in passport); • Cayman Status Letter; or • Acknowledgment Letter. • • • •


Person Registration Processes Continued • PERMANENT RESIDENCY: • A valid Photo ID, such as: • A Driver’s License; or • Passport.

• Evidence, such as: • Residency Stamp (in the passport); • Residency Letter; or • Residency Certificate.

• WORK PERMIT HOLDERS: • A valid Photo ID, such as: • A Driver’s License; or • Passport.

• Evidence, such as: • Work Permit Stamp (in the passport); • Work Permit License.


Employer Registration Explained • After the Person Registration has been Approved as mentioned earlier; the Employer Registration aspect becomes available. • With the Employer Registration each required field must be completed: • The Employer’s Name has to reflect the name on the Trade & Business License or the Operational License. • The Trade & Business License needs to include the File No. and the License No. (File # - License #).

• The Documents that are required to be provided are: • A valid Trade & Business license (a receipt if it is in the renewal stage with the previous T&B License) or Operational License/Certificate; • A Valid ID; • An Authorization Letter (only if the owners name is not in the name on the T&B License); • Annual Returns (only if the owners name is not in the name on the T&B License and if there are multiple owners).


Idle Timer Message When the Idle Timer Message appears, it indicates that the Session that was open has timed out. Click okay, and proceed to log back in. Any information that you may have inputted without saving, would have been deleted.

How to Register a Person


Step 1 Log In to the JobsCayman Portal


Step 2 Select “New” button.


Step 3 Select “Register Person” button.


Step 4 Fill out your Personal Information and upload a valid ID under “Passport” and Proof of Immigration Status under “Evidence”.


Step 5 Hit the tick under the disclaimer, then the “Submit� button.


How to Update Person Information


Step 1 Log In to the JobsCayman Portal


Step 2 Select “New” button.


Step 3 Select “Update Person Profile” button.


Step 4 Update your information where needed.


Step 5 Hit the “Submit” button, when done.


How to Register as an Employer


Step 1 Log In to the JobsCayman Portal


Step 2 Select “New” button.


Step 3 Select “Register Employer” button.


Step 4 Fill out the Employer Information.


Step 5 Hit the “Save Draft” button.


Step 6 Upload a valid Trade & Business License (or an Operational License), a Valid ID, an Authorization Letter and the Annual Returns.


Step 7 Hit “Submit” button, when done.


How to Update Employer Information


Step 1 Log In to the JobsCayman Portal


Step 2 Select “New” button, then “Update Employer Profile”.


Step 3 Select the Company you would like to use.


Step 4 Update your information where needed.


Step 5 Hit the “Submit” button, when done.


How to add an Associated Company


Step 1 Log In to the JobsCayman Portal


Step 2 Select “New” button, then “Update Employer Profile”.


Step 3 Select the company that you want to use.


Step 4 Scroll down to where it says “Manage Associated Employer”.


Step 5 Search for the Company you want to link.


Step 6 Select the Company, then click add.


Step 7 Hit “Submit”, when done.


How to Add an Agent


Step 1 Log In to the JobsCayman Portal


Step 2 Select “New” button, then “Update Employer Profile”.


Step 3 Select the company that you want to use.


Step 4 Scroll down to where it says “Manage Associated Agents or Persons�


Step 5 Search for the person you want to link, by using the Identification Number.


Step 6 Select the Person/Agent.


Step 7 Hit “Submit”, when done.


How to Submit Job Post


Step 1 Log In to the JobsCayman Portal


Step 2 Select “New” button.


Step 3 Select “Submit Job Post” button.


Step 4 Select the Company. (Input three Percentage signs to show the Employers)


Step 5 Scroll down to “Add & Edit Job Post”.


Step 6 Hit the plus (+) button.


Step 7 Fill out the Job Post Information.


Step 8 When finish filling out the Job Post Information, hit “Save”


Step 9 Hit “Submit” button.


Please note that if you want to clone a job post, select the Job Post, then hit “Clone Job Post”, then “Submit”. Same process for copying a Job Post.


Vetting and Service Level Agreements • Once the job post is submitted, it will be vetted by a Customer Care Supervisor prior to being posted on the JobsCayman portal. • All job postings will be reviewed within one to three (1-3) business days of receipt. • If the vetting process yields no red flags (like salary is below minimum wage), then the Customer Care Supervisor will approve the posting and the listing will be made available on the portal immediately. • If the vetting process raises some concerns about the statutory requirements, the Customer Care Supervisor will reject the job post and return it to the Employer/Agent with specific comments on why it was not approved and inviting customer to correct and resubmit. The Employer/Agent will have up to ten (10) business days to revise

• All revised submissions must be returned through the system and will go back to the same Customer Care Supervisor that reviewed it initially. • Once those revisions have been made, the job listing can be approved and posted immediately on the JobsCayman portal. • If the deadline is not met, the posting will not be listed on the JobsCayman portal and the case will automatically cancel out of the system.


How to Review Applicants


Step 1 Log In to the JobsCayman Portal


Step 2 Select the blue writing that says “Review Application(s)”.


Step 3 It shows the applicants for that position. Select the resume to see the applicants resume.


Step 4 Make a decision if you are going to hire the person or not. If you are not going to hire the applicant, you need to leave a comment stating why the person was not hired.


Step 5 When completed, hit “Submit”.


How to Cancel a Case


Step 1 Log In to the JobsCayman Portal


Step 2 Select the Case that you want to delete (by clicking on the blue words) .


Step 3 Select “Events” on the left hand side of the screen.


Step 4 Select “Cancel”.


Step 5 Select a Reason


Step 6 Type in “Cancel” in the comment box.


Step 7 Then hit “Cancel Case” button.


Step 8 Hit the back button, to return to the main screen.


Step 9 The case is removed.
