WORC FAQs UPDATED 8th July 2020

Dear Stakeholder, WORC would like to advise you of some recent updates made to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) relating to work permits, payments and customer care services. Some are highlighted below. To see all edits, review the included PDF document or visit www.worc.ky.

• Appointments are now available for some services in person at Apollo House

West. The services available by appointment only are: -Customers making debit and credit card payments -Application submissions -Unemployed Caymanians seeking assistance with registering on JobsCayman -Customers making payments and collecting Status and PR certificates

• Cover letters are now required to accompany all relevant forms. • WORC is now accepting all types of applications. Submissions and payments can be made electronically. Visit the website for more details. • Debit or Credit Card payments can now be made via the JobsCayman portal. Visit the website for the guidelines on how to do this. • Effective 1st August, 2020 the following previously waived information will be required to accompany the relevant forms: - Medical Questionnaire, X-Rays & Lab reports - Police Clearance Certificates Sincerely, Jeremy Scott, Acting Director, WORC
