Environmental Consulting
CBC provides our clients with a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) to help detect any potential environmental concerns with a property or surrounding area. The ESA can be performed in conjunction with the Property Condition Assessment (PCA), or it can be scheduled as a stand-alone service on a current asset. An ESA can be a very important first-step towards ensuring that there are no environmental concerns with an acquisition or asset Depending on the past use of a property, where the property is located, what the property sits on top of, what type of property or business boarders the property, or the historic past of a property; these can all have a tremendous impact on the environmental health of the property That is why it is so important to have an ESA performed on a property to better understand any potential environmental impacts and secure the safety of your assets, guests, and staff.
