COMPANY Dino Plast nasce nel 1990 per volontà di Giuseppe Rozza, uomo di grande creatività ed
ambizione il quale, dopo anni di esperienza
nel campo dello stampaggio termoplastico, decide di impiegare tutte le proprie risorse per l’acquisto di alcune presse ed iniziare
la produzione di sedili in termoindurente. Aiutato dai figli Dino, Cristina e Michele, in
pochi anni l’azienda raggiunge una posizione
di leadership nel settore OEM, grazie alla capacità di rispondere in maniera flessibile ed efficace alle richieste delle più importanti
case di ceramica italiane ed estere. La delocalizzazione produttiva in Serbia, Russia
e Tunisia (2007-2010), unitamente agli ingenti investimenti effettuati nell’ultimo decennio nel
campo

ricerca
tecnologica,
hanno consentito a Dino Plast di collocarsi nell’Olimpo delle aziende italiane leader di

MATERIAL Per la produzione dei nostri sedili copriwater DINO PLAST utilizza masse da stampaggio Ureiche, costituite essenzialmente da un condensato urea-formaldeide e da un riempitivo organico a base di cellulosa. Il manufatto ottenuto, con questa materia prima abbinata al nostro sistema di stampaggio, presenta superfici brillanti e di aspetto omogeneo. Inoltre presenta caratteristiche generali fondamentali: non infiammabilità, assenza di sapore e odore, resistenza agli oli e ai grassi e all’attacco dei più comuni solventi organici e buona resistenza agli acidi. Oggi molti degli oggetti quotidianamente manipolati contengono sostanze antisettiche, in questo contesto è stata sviluppata una massa da stampaggio con particolari attività antibatteriche. Grazie all’aggiunta di ioni d’argento, e’ in grado di ridurre drasticamente o inibire la crescita di micro-organismi come batteri e funghi. Nell’applicazione delle masse da stampaggio ureiche, l’introduzione di un materiale con caratteristiche antisettiche aiuta a migliorare le condizioni igieniche ed ambientali di impiego dei manufatti. Questo prodotto si abbina alle ben note caratteristiche di qualità del prodotto tradizionale ed è disponibile nell’intera gamma di colori attualmente commercializzata.

The technology used for the production of our soft close dampers has been developed internally in order to guarantee the highest quality on every single production lot. The obtained product , from this raw material combined with our moulding system, presents brightly surfaces and homogeneous looking. Moreover it has fundamental general characteristics: not flammability, absence of taste and smell, oil and grass resistant and to the attack of one of the most used organic solvent and good resistance to the acids. Today, the most of the objects daily used, contain antiseptic substance, in this context was developed a moulding mass with particular antibacterial activities. The addition of silver ions, can drastically reduce or inhibit the growth of microorganisms, like bacterials and mushrooms. In the application of urea masses moulding, the introduction of a material with antiseptical characteristics helps to improve the hygienic and the environmental conditions of the product. This is why Dino Plast successfully produces and sell its soft close dampers also to other toilet seats manufactures in Italy and in the other countries.

Through the thermocompression process we transform the raw material, which is mainly of an organic origin, in products with amazing proprieties.
