Luxury Market Dominates Sales on Hutchinson Island While home prices increased 9% and condo prices rose 7% in the last year, the strongest increases were in the luxury market. Condominium prices below $500K were almost flat and home prices dropped. Newer quality and luxury homes will continue to push up the average price in 2019. Inventory is no longer tight and is beginning to tip towards a buyers market. Sellers should expect harder negotiations and to be successful will need to set realistic expectations.
