CBC Paradise Closes Sale of Falcon Trace South

Hampton Jackson of Coldwell Banker Commercial Paradise of Vero Beach, Florida who represented the Buyer, DR Horton, announced one of the largest Indian River County commercial land transactions in recent years. Jackson recently closed a 132 acre land development transaction.

The 132 acre site was one of the largest undeveloped parcels remaining in the South Corridor of Indian River County. “We are honored to help DR Horton facilitate this important transaction. This development represents hundreds of new homes for Indian River County at a time when inventory is tight,” stated Agent Hampton Jackson. “This deal, and the new construction it represents, demonstrates that the current housing market is strong and the construction industry is acquiring land inventory for a prolonged housing expansion in Indian River County,” stated Coldwell Banker Paradise Co-Owner and Broker Steven Schlitt. Future plans for the property include the development of a new 250,000 square ft. marine related manufacturing facility for the 21 models of light tackle, flats and offshore center console fishing boats that Maverick builds in Fort Pierce.
