We have made it through half of the year and we are pleased to report that in spite of the difficulties facing our country and region Coldwell Banker Commercial Paradise nearly doubled the volume of our sales since our spring report. The Treasure and Space Coast has seen increased interest due to historically low interest rates and demand for investment in the region. 2020 continues to be a challenging year but our agents have been tenacious in their goals. Our proof is in the numbers. We have surpassed our last year’s volume by nearly $26,000,000! Our agents continue to prove their determination not only to their clients but also to their community as well. This time last year marks the moment that we joined with the Schmidt Family of Companies and expanded our sphere of influence to the west coast of Florida, Michigan, Ohio and even the US Virgin Islands. As of a few months ago, our Schmidt family has expanded to the Palm Coast by merging with Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Properties who are based out of St Augustine. We are looking forward to the many clients we can assist with our expanded range. In the second quarter we had some amazing sales! With $10,000,000 of volume in pending contracts and $104,000,000 in listing volume we are sure to continue this trend.
