Zap is primarily a customer-relationship management (CRM) tool for real estate agents. Global Luxury Certification The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury certification course is an exclusive and immersive journey into luxury real estate sales. Referral Policy Referrals are an important part of the business that Coldwell Banker Paradise has available for you. Coldwell Banker Paradise is a Principle Broker with the Cartus Referral System, the leading referral system in the world. As a principle broker, we are the preferred real estate broker for all incoming leads. We have a dedicated referral business team to help drive business to you, and assist you in making sure that business leads to a successful closing. The referral business team has stringent guidelines that has been shown to increase customer satisfaction and closings. Commissions on all company generated incoming referrals carry a 50% referral fee (except for referrals under $100,000 that carry a 40% referral fee). Referral fees on agent generated incoming referrals from brokers that are not part of the Cartus system are as negotiated by the agent. Out going referrals are an easy way to pick up additional income. You can earn income by referring your customers and sphere to other agents throughout the world. Our contract for incoming referrals is partially based on our providing out-going referrals for other companies through the Cartus system. We receive 21% on each referral. Therefore the Company pays the referring agent a split of 80% on all income generated by out going referrals placed through the Cartus system to our referral partners. If the referral is not placed through the Cartus system, the referring agent is paid on a split of 50%. Throughout the referral process, the referral business team will keep you informed of your transaction, will help to ensure your customer is well cared for, and Cartus guarantees payment upon completion of the sale. 26
