Mid-Year Comparison 2016 to 2015 Inventory Levels Tight for Sebastian Homes in 2016 Supply of available single family homes for sale has significantly decreased in the Sebastian Housing Market, with overall inventory declining -58.3% over last year’s numbers. With fewer homes for sale, prices are slowly but steadily increasing, with modest gaines leading to 13.2% overall increase in average price. Sales are robust at the mid-level of the market, for homes priced $250k-$500k, with an increase in sales of +27%. The lack of inventory has impacted sales at other levels of the market, slowing -9.6% over last year.
