2014 St. Lucie County Third Quarter Real Estate Report As trusted real estate advisors in our area, we are pleased to present our Third Quarter Real Estate Report. We have identified key indicators that impact home values and use this information to forecast local market trends that help our clients make informed decisions about buying and selling real estate. Single Family Homes – There was good news for St. Lucie County homeowners during the third quarter of this year. There was almost a double-digit increase in the number of sales. The inventory of homes listed for sale dropped by nearly a third and the average price of homes sold increased by double digits. All indicators point to a healthy market in 2015. Condominiums – Mainland condominium activity was also very strong with a significant increase in the number of sales and a nearly double-digit increase in the average price of homes sold. While market conditions in 2015 are expected to remain strong, the 20% increase in condominiums available for sale could impact price appreciation.
