2014 St. Lucie County Mid-Year Real Estate Report As specialists in our area, we are pleased to present mid-year key market indicators impacting local real estate values this year. Buyers, sellers and homeowners can make informed decisions based on current and comprehensive information specific to our area. Historically, both the housing market and economy have been cyclical. After years of declining real estate values, stabilization is finally at hand. The indicators reflect mixed results for mid-year 2014 compared to the same time period a year earlier. Sales activity in most categories increased, and inventory levels remained close to stable, or decreased. However changes in the average sales prices varied in different market segments.
