Agents affiliated with Coldwell Banker Real Estate earned 40% more sales volume than any other national real estate brand according to the 2015 REAL Trends The Thousand report (6/26/15), as advertised in The Wall Street Journal.
FEBRUARY Coldwell Banker Real Estate launched the CBx Listing Experience, which allows Big Data to augment an agent’s local knowledge and marketing capabilities. Driving over 8.5 million views online, the “Home’s Best Friend” commercial aired during the 87th Annual Academy Awards. According to AceMetrix, it remains the highest-rated ad ever in the real estate category. As an extension of the commercial, the brand pledged to help find homes for 20,000 adoptable dogs in 2015 via the “Homes for Dogs Project” with Adopt-a-Pet.com. The goal was achieved by September.
APRIL The Coldwell Banker brand is ranked #1 in sides and dollar volume by REAL Trends 500 (4/20/15).
MAY Coldwell Banker Real Estate again partnered with MLB.com to present Coldwell Banker Home Field Advantage, a look inside the homes of current and former baseball players. The first Coldwell Banker affiliate launched the powerful Zap® platform connecting buyers, sellers and agents like never before. By the end of 2015, a total of 106 companies were using Coldwell Banker Zap.
JULY Coldwell Banker Real Estate launched its first 30 Under 30 program, highlighting the incredible efforts of the next generation of independent real estate professionals affiliated with the network.
AUGUST Coldwell Banker Real Estate unveiled a joint survey with CNET that found more than 1 in 4 Americans own smart home devices.
SEPTEMBER Coldwell Banker Real Estate unveiled a multifaceted program to showcase the benefits of smart home technology, including the announcement of a multi-year sponsorship of the world-famous CES; an advertising and content relationship with the world’s largest and most trusted online source of consumer technology news and reviews, CNET; and sponsorship of the CNET Smart Home in Louisville, KY.
OCTOBER Coldwell Banker India received the 2015 Franchisor of the Year – Real Estate award given by Franchise India 2015.

SHOWCASE Coldwell Banker Real Estate became the real estate industry leader in smart home technology by developing strong business alliances with tech leaders, including CNET, LG, Nest, Lutron, August, Alarm.com and the smart home industry trade group CEDIA. With a focus on engaging consumers and training affiliated agents, the brand was the exclusive real estate sponsor of the 2016 CES Smart Home Marketplace. Coldwell Banker Real Estate also became the first real estate brand to be a member of the Consumer Technology Association’s TechHome Division. Two brand surveys released in 2015 showed how this trend is growing:

THE CBx LISTING EXPERIENCE Coldwell Banker Real Estate launched the exclusive CBx Listing Experience application, which revolutionized the “kitchen table” listing conversation by merging the best of Big Data with an agent’s unique knowledge and understanding of the market. CBx allows sales associates to create a hyper-targeted marketing plan based on Coldwell Banker’s proprietary algorithms.

COLDWELL BANKER ZAP Coldwell Banker Real Estate began a massive rollout of the Coldwell Banker Zap® platform to franchisees and their affiliated agents. This powerful digital marketing system allows consumers to find up-to-the-minute property listings and easily connect and communicate with agents from mobile devices, tablets and desktop computers. The sites include community and school data, and comparative real estate pricing, and allow for each agent to communicate more effectively with email alerts, open house notifications, property status changes, sales estimates and other timely responses.

PREVIEWS BY THE NUMBERS • The Coldwell Banker network handled more than 25,171 transaction sides of $1 million-plus homes, equating to $133.5 million in luxury sales each day. The average sales price in 2015 in this category was $1.94 million. • The Coldwell Banker brand dominated the 2015 The Thousand by REAL Trends as advertised in The Wall Street Journal, with more agents named to the list than any other brand. Coldwell Banker-affiliated agents and teams on the list generated a total of $8.8 billion in total sales volume — 40% more than the next highest-ranking brand. • More than 30% of traffic to coldwellbankerpreviews.com represented visitors from more than 200 countries, led by Canada, France, Brazil, Russia, Spain and the United Kingdom. • The Coldwell Banker luxury lifestyle blog, previewsinsideout.com, saw an 18% increase in web traffic in 2015. Coldwell Banker University® (CBU) has developed and delivered learning content to help Coldwell Banker® affiliated sales professionals achieve extraordinary business results and in turn, give consumers the exceptional experience they deserve when buying or selling a home. Coldwell Banker Real Estate aligned with Tom Ferry, named the industry’s top coach by the Swanepoel™ POWER 200, to complement all existing CBU content with one-on-one coaching and self-paced online training programs. In 2015, more than 6,500 affiliated members of the Coldwell Banker network completed a CBU course. The CBU Net Promoter Score, which indicates the likelihood that a participant will recommend course offerings to others, was approximately 250% higher than the corporate norm.
COLDWELL BANKER HEROES Since Coldwell Banker Heroes was founded four years ago, the Coldwell Banker network has donated $14.7 million to local charities along with 116,000 hours of volunteer work. In 2015, the Coldwell Banker network partnered with Adopt-a-Pet.com to match 20,000 adoptable dogs with caring families and homes.
