2014 Vero Beach Mainland Mid-Year Real Estate Report As specialists in our area, we are pleased to present mid-year key market indicators impacting local real estate values this year. After years of declining real estate values, stabilization is finally at hand. The indicators reflect mixed results for mid-year 2014 compared to the same time period a year earlier. Sales activity in most categories increased, and inventory levels remained close to stable, or decreased. However changes in the average sales prices varied in different market segments.
