Land Area and Population

A total area of about 30.2 million Km2 including adjacent islands it covers six percent of the Earth’s total surface area and 20.4 percent of the total land area With 1.1 billion people and a density of 30 inhabitant per Km2 it accounts for about 15% of the world's humanity 62% of Africa’s population is 25 years old or younger.


Economy of Africa -World fastest growing economy -Out of the 15 fastest growing economies in the World 8 are in Africa -GDP US$2.39 trillion
