FINANCIAL SOLVENCY CCAR's financial position is sound and has the Association well positioned for the future. We received an unqualified "clean" opinion on our financial statements as stated in the 2019 Smith Sapp C.P.A. Firm audit letter. Leadership has allocated sufficient reserves to fund the future needs of the Association. Conservative management and oversight of the budget avoided raising 2021 dues. We strive to stretch every dollar to offer the best programs, products and services for 'you' the member, keeping you relevant in today's vibrant real estate industry.
