market. For more information please visit www.ccarsc.org

FINANCIAL SOLVENCY

CCAR's financial position is sound and has the Association well positioned for the future. We received an unqualified "clean" opinion on our financial statements as stated in the 2021 Smith Sapp C.P.A. Firm audit letter.

Leadership has allocated sufficient reserves to fund the future needs of the Association. Conservative management and oversight of the budget avoided increasing 2023 REALTOR® dues. We strive to stretch every dollar to offer the best programs, products and services for 'you' the member, keeping you relevant in today's vibrant real estate industry.

MARKET STRENGTH

2022 began where 2021 left off: Mortgage rates were near historic lows, buyer competition was fierce, and homes were selling at a breakneck pace, often with multiple bids and all-cash offers, due
up demand and a severe shortage of housing supply. Luckily, toward the end of 2022 we saw the inventory pool widen to support the fast-paced influx of new residents. Single Family home prices were up 19.2 percent to $355,000 compared to last year and Condo home prices were up 32.8 percent to $228,500. The number of homes sold in the $300,001 and above price range rose 26.9 percent to 9,559 homes.
