RAFT (REALTORS® Assistance Fund Trust) is a trust fund, managed by the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® through the Waccamaw Community Foundation. The sole purpose is to provide financial assistance to REALTORS®, Affiliates and their immediate families who face financial hardship due to serious or catastrophic illness.
RPAC (REALTORS® Political Action Committee) exists exclusively to raise money for and contribute to candidates who support REALTOR® issues.

FINANCIAL SOLVENCY CCAR's financial position is sound and has the Association well positioned for the future. Once again, we have received an unqualified "clean" opinion on our financial statements as stated in the 2017 Smith Sapp C.P.A. Firm audit letter. The Board of Directors and Finance Committee have allocated sufficient reserves to fund the future needs of the Association, allowing
for new and innovative member benefits. Conservative management and oversight of the budget allowed for 2019 dues to remain at the same levels as orevious years. We strive to stretch every dollar to offer the best programs, products and services for 'you' the member, keeping you relevant in today's vibrant real estate industry.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH In 2018 CCAR raised $70,000 to build a Habitat for Humanity home for a family in need in Georgetown, SC. REALTORÂŽ volunteers built the walls and the home will be completed in Spring 2019.
Hosted 4 job readiness programs, donated 200 Thanksgiving meals and 17 college care packages for the Boys & Girls Club of the Grand Strand Donated 23 units of blood from 2 Red Cross blood drives hosted at CCAR Donated 300 toys during the holiday season to Helping Hand 60 volunteers cleaned Garden City Beach at 2 CCAR hosted beach sweeps

The REALTORSÂŽ Relief Foundation, established by the National Association of REALTORSÂŽ provided mortgage or rent relief to 184 local victims of Hurricane Florence who experienced damage to their residence, amounting in $150,000 in relief funds. Thanks to all our members who helped spread the word to those in need.
