NEW MEMBER CHECKLIST Fill out the new member application today (must be completed to avoid being rescheduled). CCAR membership team will email instructions on how to pay your member dues online after receiving your application. Once you pay the dues online, you will receive an email (from MemberServices@ccarsc.org) with your class information document to sign electronically. This will have your required New Member class dates and times and instructions (virtual,on demand courses). If you are a member of another association of REALTORS® please contact that association and request a Letter of Good Standing. Submit to CCAR via email. Your application cannot be processed without this letter. Prior to your appointment, please watch these 8 quick Onboarding Videos. You can also start your New Member Classes that are found in your information class document. We look forward to meeting with you soon at your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is scheduled for Zoom, please ensure you have internet access at your appointment time.
