Outreach Roll-Outs A roll-out is when Charleston County Human Services Commission’s Outreach department becomes mobile to serve program participants in the communities where they live at a venue donated by one of our community partners.

These roll-outs served citizens of Berkeley, Dorchester and Charleston counties.
