Le Carezze Cantina Biologica

Le Carezze Cantina Biologica si trova nella pianura veronese su un territorio tra due fiumi, l'Adige ed il Fratta con un'estensione totale di 30 ettari, solo 11 dei quali sono coltivati con metodo biologico certificato fin dall'anno dell'impianto nel 2015. L'obbiettivo che sta alla base del progetto dell'azienda Le Carezze è il ripristino della biodiversità perduta nell'ultimo secolo con la meccanizzazione dell'agricoltura e l'utilizzo massiccio della monocoltura. A tal scopo una parte importante della superficie aziendale è stata utilizzata per la messa a dimora di piante autoctone d'alto fusto e in pochi anni la campagna si è ripopolata di molte specie animali e vegetali. Seminiamo prati fioriti per incentivare l'impollinazione delle viti grazie alle api. Durante le visite i turisti potranno passeggiare tra i vigneti, nel nostro rigoglioso bosco e tra le numerose specie di piante aromatiche stimolati nei sensi dai colori e dai profumi. Nel vigneto conosceranno nuove varietà di uva che noi riteniamo essere il futuro delle pratiche sostenibili: parliamo di uve resistenti ai funghi, conosciute come uve Piwi. Gli ospiti potranno anche assaggiare i nostri vini nella nuova sala degustazione, che può accogliere fino a 60 persone o partecipare ai nostri eventi a tema e alle molte cene-degustazione da noi organizzate.

Le Carezze project, since the beginning, aims to the restoration of the biodiversity, lost in the last century due to the mechanization of agriculture and the massive use of monoculture. For this purpose, an important part of fields had been used for the planting of native tall trees and in a few years the estate had been repopulated with many animal and vegetable species. We sow flowery meadows to encourage pollination of the vines thanks to bees. During the visits, tourists will be able to stroll through the vineyards, in our luxuriant forest and among the numerous species of aromatic plants stimulated in the senses by the colours and scents. In the vineyard they will get to know new grape varieties that we believe to be the future of sustainable practices: let's talk about fungus resistant grapes, known as Piwi. Guests can also taste our wines in the new tasting hall, which can accommodate up to 60 people or attend our themed events and the many wine-tasting dinners we organise.

Le Carezze Organic Winery is located in the Valley, in the south of Verona,
