Murali’s Musings Dr. Murali R S Managing Director MaGC
Till now we have been able to develop models such as 3PT™, LAMP™, AEM™, ATA™ based on internal research and use the same for the benefit of our clients. Everything changes; you have already changed and aged since you started reading this column a few seconds ago. MaGC™ (pronounced mag-see) I feel is more representative of the work we do. We do work broadly in the areas relating to management and governance. From another perspective these two words respectively seem to represent the private and the government/development sector. And so it is – MaGC™!
Management and Governance Consulting Private Limited MaGC™ (formerly NCRCL®) took its first steps in the year 1999 and has grown by leaps and bounds the past decade in the area of management consultancy. The Company has made its presence felt even in countries outside India in Middle East, Far East, and Africa. The focus of our consultancy assignments has been on diverse areas of strategy, governance, management, finance, accounting and information technology. We fly high both in the Indian and International arena and enjoy a large group of clientele in public and private sectors including Government, Corporate, Education, Banking and NGOs. As consultants, we believe in commitment to the assignment through a variety of interventions that are appropriate, timely, human sensitive, technology oriented and value directed for the happiness of our clients. ™
MaGC owes its success to its team comprising of highly qualified and trained professionals excelling in their field of specialization. Excellence according to us is a product of education and experience that is fine-tuned through research and implementation. “Learning” is a daily routine for the MaGC™ team. MaGC™ also networks with independent specialists and associate organizations for both professional and functional areas to fulfill the demands of the changing market and to meet the various aspects of the client requirements. MaGC™ has been working hard to develop exclusive intellectual property in the areas of Management Consultancy.
One of our friends reacted “this name for your company is nice it seems like „magic‟ ”, and I shot back saying „yes it is magic without “I” – the ego! I am sure with humility, hard work, commitment combined without ego MaGC™ is bound to do the magic! It is said that a good word inspires you to do good things, and the good things you do generate goodwill, and the goodwill gets you good fortune. I am sure MaGC™ is fortunate not only in terms of the excellent team that works with all the said positive qualities, but a set of excellent clients across sectors and continents who are committed to our advice and recommendations. With renewed energy and knowledge (yellow), with potential and possibilities (black) represented by the thematic colours of MaGC™ I am sure Team MaGC™ is bound to create magic (without the „I”)!
