Springs Residence: CCS completed this new home in Springs, a partnership with New World Homes, a pre-fab company. A breezeway bridges the entry side of the house with the living side and further acts as a point of entry that provides a directed view of the pool and pool house.

The first floor has the main living spaces, plus a guest suite, while the second floor has the master bedroom, two kid’s bedrooms, and a family room – all of which overlook the secluded two-acre site.

CCS also designed the pool house and pool which is a main focal point from the house. The design is an example much like contemporary mid-century homes in California.

Fish Cove Residence: This 4,400 square-foot home in Southampton is set on a hill and has a see through design with water views in one direction, and a courtyard with a pool on the other.

Watermill Residence: This 5,800 SF home in Watermill, south of the highway, was designed in collaboration with the Interior Designer and client, Sharon Bonnemazou of Mode SB.

The goal was to have a serene and private weekend getaway that would be discreetly luxurious. The home has an architecturally masculine structure that serves as a foundation for layers of raw and organic elements such as aged wood, dark steel, distressed leather, and textured stone.

Edge of the Woods Residence: This 1,800-square-foot home in Water Mill was designed as a modern interpretation of a barn, established through it’s form and a modern interior.
