Major corporations from across the country sponsor design research projects and work with our students to solve real-world problems.

Real-World Experiences Study abroad experiences and faculty-led programs with international destinations support your learning objectives and broaden your perspective. Internships at local, national or even international companies give students an opportunity to work alongside professionals, gain confidence in their abilities and build relationships with key people in their industry.

A Dynamic Community of Artists and Visionaries Each month we host the Toyota Lecture Series on Design and the Woodward Lecture Series. Each event brings prominent thinkers, fine artists and design professionals to campus. Exhibitions at our Valade Family Gallery and Center Gallery showcase U.S. and international artists. The U245 Student Gallery and Hub Gallery feature student work and student-curated programs.
