Deb Jones, Senior Director of Insights at Tendo

Prior to joining Tendo, Deb served as an Associate Principal at Chartis, a healthcare advisory firm, providing subject matter expertise on CDI, and quality rankings and ratings. Before that role, Deb spent nine years at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston MA, most recently as the Executive Director of Quality. Previous to that, Deb held the role of Director of CDI. Her tenure there was marked by dedication to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of patient medical records through collaboration with quality professionals, clinical teams, finance, and coding experts. Deb is a former member of the ADCIS Leadership Council, and in 2021 was awarded CDI Professional of the Year by ACDIS.

Trace Zwahlen, Senior Director of Business Development at Tendo

Prior to joining Tendo, Trace served as a Solutions Director at Iodine, where he focused on quality outcomes and clinical documentation improvement. Trace has held positions at leading companies such as Nuance, 3M, and Interlace Health.
