Industry: Broadcast, Marketing, Design Technology Used: Titanium Client’s Requirement: To remain one of the fastest growing media companies, despite increasing competition and a changing market, the client seeks to deliver the broadest product portfolio and highest standards of customer service and so needed a high performance customer mobile application that would increase its goodwill and customer base. The client has already been engaged in providing mobile applications for not only niche but also a generic population. They needed a comprehensive, mobile based solution to help application users know about their psychological status in a fun way. This solution also needed to be easily accessible through various application markets.
Solution: CDN worked with client to gain in-depth understanding of client’s expectations from such an application. Following were the key activities to reach the best solution possible
In consultation with client a Specification-Document was created.
A Wireframe was framed to allow client to have an idea about look and feel of the end product.
As usual, Wireframe helped CDN and Client to have 360° view of the whole system.
A collection of most essential and avoidable aspects of system were identified and acted upon.
After determining features/functionalities of the application, next challenge was to evaluate and ascertain the best mode of development that is; native or cross-platform.
