“ My experience performing for the Magic City Show was fun and it built a lot of confidence within me. It was my first performance and it made me want to perfect my craft.

Q. Thanks for interviewing with us. Tell us who you are and where you’re from?

A. I am Nagg Da Youngin, I’m from Bessemer, AL.

Q. Who is one of your biggest inspiration in the music world?

A. My biggest inspiration in the music world are artist such as Justin Bieber, Nba Youngboy and YungBlood these are some of the people that inspired me.

Q. Tell us about your single “Fatima” and single “Anyways" and the meaning behind them?

A. My sister has a friend named Fatima. One day she came over while I was writing the song. While recording the hook her name fit perfect. My single Anyways, is just letting people know that I’m young and don’t care about things that’s irrelevant like “hate” or “judgment”.

Q. How was your experience performing on the “Magic City Rising Stars”?

A. My experience performing for the Magic City Show was fun and it built a lot of confidence within me. It was my first performance and it made me want to perfect my craft.

Q. What has been one of your biggest challenges on your journey?

A. My biggest challenge on this journey was battling me, you have to battle yourself to get better! At times you have to get out of your own way.

Q. What is one of your favorite T.V. Shows?

A. One of my favorite tv shows is Dexter Laboratory, he just reminds me of me. That’s my character in real life.

Q. Are you working on any new projects?

A. Yes, I’ve been taking full advantage of quarantining. I can’t wait to drop my full project.

Q. What is your favorite food?

A. I love a good Wing and Fries Combo from Green Acres.
