In this book a pseudoscientific theory turns into a short illustrated tale. The theory of the "Hollow Earth" proposes that the planet Earth is either entierly hollow or otherwise contains a substantial interior space. This hypothesis has been shown to be wrong by the scientific community, but it still recurs in folklore and legends. The illustrations are obtained by using the characters of the book "Monstergraphs”. They are cut and pasted on pictures of particular stones. These stones are pollished and hollowed by water corrosion; this is why I pictured the Hollow Earth in this way.
