Accommodation Rates For guests attending a Christmas event at Cedar Court Hotel Leeds/Bradford, special festive accommodation rates are available, so why not stay overnight in one of our recently refurbished, fully equipped en-suite bedrooms.

Pre-Ordered Wines Why not save time and pre-order and purchase your bottles of wine prior to the date of your event. Your chosen selection will be ready at your table on arrival. A copy of our festive wine list will be automatically forwarded to you prior to the date of your event. Wine pre-orders should be returned with full payment at least one week prior to your event. Drinks Vouchers Drinks vouchers will be issued to the event organiser only, on the day of the event. All drinks vouchers must be paid for in full at least one week prior to the date of the event. Terms & Conditions of Booking Provisional Bookings and Deposits

Private Parties

To make a provisional booking, please contact our Christmas booking office on 0845 409 0430 (charged at local rate) where availability will be checked.

For private parties minimum numbers apply which will be discussed on enquiry. These minimum numbers will be chargeable, even if your numbers reduce.

Your tentative booking will be held for a maximum period of 14 days. During this time a deposit of £10 per person for all festive party events will be required. Christmas Day and New Years Eve celebrations will require a deposit of £25 per person. All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable; any lost deposits due to any reduction in numbers are nontransferable to the final balance or to an additional event.

Smoking Policy

Payments made in full are non refundable. For bookings where deposits are not received after this period of 14 days – all reservations will be automatically released.

Cedar Court Hotels cannot be held responsible for the failings or non-appearance of any of the musicians / tribute acts or DJs booked. However the Management at Cedar Court Hotel will offer their best alternative at their discretion.

The number of places reserved must match the number of deposits received. If you intend coming into the hotel to settle your account, please let us know so that we may ensure that a Christmas Co-ordinator is available to see you. For any party bookings taken after 13th November 2009, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Full Payments Full payment for all festive party events is required by Friday 13th November 2009. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve payments are required by Friday 20th November 2009. All payments made must be made in full by the required dates. Part payments will not be accepted. For any booking where payment in full is not received by the above dates, your booking will be released and all pre-paid deposits will be forfeited.

Please note in adherence to the new legislation the building is entirely non smoking, an outside allocated smoking area is provided.

Entertainment / Acts / Groups / DJs

Rights Reserved The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission The hotel reserves the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative date or event of equal value, subject to availability. No beverages of any kind are to be brought into the hotel by event guests even as a gift or prize unless prior written authorisation has been received from the Managing Director. You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises /equipment by the negligence, willful act / default of any person invited to the hotel by you or in your party. Cedar Court Hotel cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of another party’s property, however caused.

Payments can be made by credit/debit card or by cheque made payable to ‘Acropolis Hotels Ltd’. Telephone payments are also accepted by debt or credit card. If paying by cheque, the hotel will only accept one cheque per party; otherwise there will be a processing charge of 50p per cheque. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at current rate.

Then complete and return the form on the reverse of this page with the following non-refundable deposit within 14 days. 1. £10 per person for parties 2. £25 per person for Christmas Day 3. £25 per person for New Year’s Eve.
