Have a drink safe in the knowledge that you have a hotel bed waiting for you, and a traditional or continental breakfast freshly prepared the following morning. Check into the hotel from 2pm and enjoy a relaxing afternoon in our leisure club, complete with hot tub, sauna, pool, steam room and gym, then take your time preparing for the evening’s celebrations.

Terms & Conditions Provisional Bookings & Deposits To make a provisional booking please contact the Christmas Booking Office on 0845 409 5003 ext 531 or 0845 409 6510. The booking form should then be completed and forwarded to us within 14 days, along with the appropriate deposit. The hotel reserves the right to release any bookings after this time without prior notification. A deposit of £10 per person is required for all bookings except Christmas Day when £20 is required and New Year’s Eve when £25 is required. The number of places reserved must match the number of deposits received. Please note: All deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Cedar Court Hotel. If paying by cheque the hotel will only accept one cheque per party, otherwise a processing charge of 50p per cheque will apply.
Drinks Drinks vouchers are available in £5 or £10 denominations. Please ask the Christmas Co-ordinator for further details.
Entertainment/Acts/Groups/DJs Cedar Court Hotels cannot be held responsible for the failings or non-appearance of any musicians/tribute acts or DJs booked. However the management at Cedar Court will offer their best alternative at their discretion.
Private Parties Dietary Requirements All special dietary requirements will be catered for as long as they are pre ordered 14 days prior to the event.
Dress Code No Formal Dress Code however – sportswear, trainers or ripped jeans are not permitted, the dress code for the New Years Eve Gala Dinner however is strictly black tie.
Cancellation Fees 30 days and above: 25% of rate for accommodation and services reserved. 15-29 days: 50% of rate for accommodation and services reserved. Less than 14 days: 100% of rate for accommodation and services reserved.
Full Payment Full payment for all Christmas festivities is required no later than Friday 13th November. All monies are then non-refundable and non-transferable. Should payment not be received by the due date, your booking may be released.
For private parties, minimum numbers will apply, please ask for further details. The minimum numbers agreed will be considered guaranteed and charged for even if your final numbers are less.
General The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative date of equal value. No beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into the hotel by any event guests, even as a gift or prize without written authorisation given from the Managing Director. You will be liable for the costs of any repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the Hotel premises/equipment by the negligence, wilful act/default of any person invited to the hotel by you or in your party. Cedar Court Hotel cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of another party’s property, however caused... All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
