So why not stay overnight and enjoy yourself a little bit extra by waking up to a full English breakfast? Surprise the children this Christmas with the traditional seasonal favourite Dick Whittington! Enjoy a three course Sunday lunch followed by a fantastic performance of Dick Whittington by professional theatre company Pocket Panto.
A traditional three course dinner followed by casino and disco - only £39 per person! Once the meal is finished, it’s casino time! Professional dealers will show you how it’s done. ‘Fun money’ will be issued for cash, which can be exchanged at the tables for casino chips – all proceeds to Wakefield Hospice. Choose your table and place your bets. The players with the most chips from each table at the end of the night are the winners - prizes will be handed out to these lucky few! DJ and disco until the early hours. Table Layout
To make a provisional booking please contact the Christmas Booking Office on 0845 4096405 or 01924 261294. They will check availability and will require a £10 per person non-refundable or non-transferable deposit to hold the reservation.
Table plans are subject to total party numbers and subject to change without notice.
Note – for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve a £25 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required per person. All reservations can initially be made by telephone, but must be confirmed in writing, with deposit, within 14 days, otherwise your reservation will be offered for release. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The number of places reserved must match the number of deposits received. If you intend coming into the hotel to settle your account please let us know so that we can ensure that someone from the Christmas Booking Office is available to see you.
Full Payments Full payment for all Christmas events is required by Friday 13th November 2009. Should payment not be received by the due date your booking may be released. All monies received are non-transferable and non-refundable. Reservations can be made by Credit/Debit Card or by cash or cheque made payable to ‘Cedar Court Hotels’ Ltd’. If paying by cheque, the hotel will only accept one cheque per party. Charges will apply if more than one cheque per party is sent. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Private Parties For private parties there are minimum numbers which will be discussed on enquiry. These minimum numbers are what we will charge you for, even if your numbers drop below this.
Smoking Policy Cedar Court Hotel is a totally non smoking building (excluding dedicated smoking bedrooms).
Damage Charges Please note that any damage caused through overindulgence of alcohol will incur a specialist cleaning charge of £50.

Cabaret Nights and Boogie Nights: table layout will be party tables of up to 22 (no individual tables). Winter Wonderland: maximum number of guests per table is 12. New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner in the Cedar Suite: the layout of the event will be shared party tables of 12 (parties of more than 12 will be accommodated on separate tables – there will be no individual tables of less than 10). New Year’s Eve Dinner Dance in La Brasserie: maximum number of guests per table is 10 and maximum group size is 20 (parties of more than 10 will be accommodated on separate tables).
Entertainment / Acts / Groups / DJs Cedar Court Hotels cannot be held responsible for the failings or non-appearance of any of the musicians/tribute acts or DJs booked. However the Management at Cedar Court Hotel will offer their best alternative at their discretion. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission – dress codes apply (please see event page for details). The hotel also reserves the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative date of equal value. No beverages of any kind are to be brought into the hotel by event guests, even as a gift or prize, unless prior written authorisation has been received from the Managing Director. You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises/equipment by the negligence, wilful act/default of any person invited to the hotel by you or in your party.
