Finish Sheen Choices

Mouser offers three topcoat sheen options to enhance the beauty and appearance of your cabinetry. You may choose from the softer, more elegant 10-Flat, the extremely popular 20-Matte or the more lustrous 45-Satin.

Wood Stain Finishes

Mouser Cabinetry’s wood stain finishes are formulated to enhance the beauty of the wood grain pattern. Multiple levels of hand sanding prepare the wood for stain applications and ensure the color consistency, clarity, beauty and depth of the finish.

Custom Stain Finishes

The Custom Stain Finish program allows consumers to select a wood stain to match a desired wood tone unavailable in Mouser’s extensive finish offering.

Solid Colors

Mouser’s Solid Color finish consists of two tinted sealer coats and a heavily pigmented topcoat. Between applications there are hand sanding and cleaning stages as well as four individual oven cures to ensure the quality and durability of the finish.

Custom Solid Colors

Mouser’s Custom Solid Color program allows consumers to personalize their kitchens by matching popular colors found on paint samples, solid surface materials and laminate products.

Glaze Choice Finishes

The Glaze Choice finishing process creates unique, artistic characteristics by applying contrasting finish materials to solid colors or stains and hand wiping the excess from the flat surfaces of the product. Glaze Choice finishes are available on select wood species in one of six Glaze Choice accent colors.

Glacier Elect Finishes

Glacier Elect finishes provide Old World character and charm to new cabinets by adding brush strokes or striations to the base finish. This handcrafted, artistic finish process, which has four color options, creates a sophisticated appearance found on the most elegant cabinetry.

Interchangeable Finishes

Mouser Cabinetry’s Interchangeable Finish Program expands our predetermined wood and finish combinations to include options not available as established catalog offerings. The Interchangeable Finish Program provides you with the opportunity to request approval for any catalog wood specie to be finished with any of our catalog finishes. Each Interchangeable Finish request is reviewed and Mouser does reserve the right to decline some wood specie/ finish combinations due to the unacceptable appearance of the sample.

Match Sample Doors

A Match Sample Door is produced when a custom stain, custom solid color or interchangeable finish is selected by the client. The finished Match Sample Door, which is cut in half, labeled and shipped to the Mouser dealer for review, must be approved by the client prior to production of the cabinet order.
