fter touring the world for VIP preview events, the new Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 has made its official debut at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this month. Both the public and media praised the design and technology of the latest creation from Sant’Agata, resulting in over 1,000 orders as of today. This month, our featured vehicle is the Veneno Roadster. This open top version of the 750 HP Veneno is the most expensive vehicle ever manufactured by Automobili Lamborghini with a price tag of 3.3 million euros. The Veneno Roadster will be produced this year, with a very limited production of only 9 units worldwide. We are gearing up toward a busy Spring with a wide variety of events including a service clinic, drives, the Lamborghini Esperienza at the Auto Club Speedway and much more. A COLLECTOR’S MASTERPIECE OF ENGINEERING AND DESIGN An open racing prototype with an extreme design and breathtaking performance. And it is one of the world’s most exclusive automobiles: not more than nine units will be built during the course of 2014.
AERODYNAMIC EFFICIENCY The Veneno Roadster accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.9 seconds and top speed stands at 219 mph. The car is driven by a twelve-cylinder engine with a displacement of 6.5 liters and is equipped with the extremely fastshifting ISR transmission with five modes.
THE SYSTEMATIC, CARBON-FIBER, LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN With a dry weight of just 1,490 kilograms (3,278 pounds), the Veneno Roadster benefits from a power-to-weight ratio of just 1.99 kg/hp (4.38 lbs/hp) which guarantees a performance that is nothing short of mind-blowing.

CARBON FIBER DOMINATES ALSO THE INTERIOR The carbon fiber monocoque is visible inside the car around the central tunnel and the sills. The two lightweight bucket seats are made from Lamborghini’s patented Forged Composite. The woven carbon-fiber CarbonSkin is used to clad the entire cockpit, part of the seats and the headliner.

GENEVA MOTOR SHOW A utomobili Lamborghini’s latest V10-powered bull, the Huracán LP 610-4, has been grabbing headlines around the world. Concluding the chapter of the Gallardo, the new bull is packed with advanced technology from Sant’Agata. Behind closed doors, private previews of the new V10 bull took place the past 2 months, concluding here in Orange County, CA on the last week of February. Reception of the Huracán LP 610-4 during our packed preview sessions were greeted with applause and admiration. For us and our guests, it was the first time we could hear, smell, feel, and see Lamborghini’s latest and greatest from any angle. The new V10 engine produces a menacing 610HP that has the torque pull of a long-stroke engine while carrying the power well past 8,000 RPM. The double-clutch gearbox transfers all 610HP to the All-Wheel Drive system with instantaneous shifts. The styling & design is both futuristic and unmistakably Lamborghini in both day and night settings. The interior is lifted straight out of the latest sci-fi movie with only the best leather and alcantara covering its surfaces. The redesigned steering wheel hosts many new functions while
the completely revamped infotainment center is integrated in the 12” display screen. LAMBORGHINI BLANCPAIN SUPER TROFEO SERIES NORTH AMERICA
T
he first 2014 race weekend of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo in North America opened with a flying start in front of hundred thousands of spectators at Sebring International Racetrack in Florida. The first round saw the victory of Al Carter (#80) from Palm Beach in the PRO-AM category, who led from pole position in the rolling start, and Bryan Okey (#88) in the AM category. The 2013 world champions Andrew Palmer started in the fourth place in the second round but after just 3 laps he jumped at the first place followed by Al Carter and Kevin Conway. Andrew Palmer started to gain about half a second lap after lap until the end of the lap 9 when he came in for the mandatory pit stop together with Kevin Conway and Doug Peterson, who passed John Farano and was running in fourth position. Meanwhile Al Carter decided to postpone his pit stop to the following lap. After the pit stops Kevin Conway gained the second position overtaking Al Carter. Meanwhile, leading the Amateurs drivers was Damon Ockey. Then between the laps 12 and 13 both Al Carter and Kevin Conway were required to enter pit lane for a drive through penalty. This permitted to
Andrew Palmer to increase his lead by over 1 minute which he held for most of the remainder of the race. In the final laps it looked as though the top three of Conway, Farano and Palmer had secured the podium but due to a 60 second penalty that Palmer received post-race he was bumped to fifth overall. This was due to his failure to respect the required pit stop penalty he received for jumping the start of the race. Following a technical from driver Al Carter the safety car came out and allowed the pack to tighten up. Once the safety car left the track the white flag dropped and the drivers fiercely battled during the final lap. The PROAM class was led by Kevin Conway taking first followed by John Farano in second and the team of Kevin O’Connell and James Contreras taking third. Damon Ockey took first place in the Amateur class followed by Bryn Owen and Brett David. This podium was a spectacular result for Brett considering that Sebring was his racing debut. The Series will move forward with more thrilling action at Laguna Seca Raceway (Monterey, California) on 2-4 May. This will be the only Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo appearance in California this year. Please contact us today to book your tickets.
