Copyright Transfer Form
Project Name C.C.E.P. Rebranding
Elements Covered - Logo Design - Brand Identity Styles - Mock-up examples/concepts
Contact Details Celeste Janina - cjanina03@gmail.com - http://cjdesign.com
Scope of Copyright Transfer By signing this Copyright Transfer Form, I will be relinquishing all personal, professional, and ownership rights, to all designs detailed above. This signed agreement also includes the Transfer of Ownership to any variations of the logo previously agreed and supplied as part of the initial contract. Example of these included variations could include: multiple colour versions; size and dimensional variations: landscape and portrait; reversed out versions; social media profile images; favicon; etc. Unless other wise agreed and arranged, I reser ve the right to showcase the finished logo and associated designs in my portfolio, and in any number of online galleries & portfolio, as well as in printed literature including, but not limited to: books and magazines. Ownership & Copyright All preparation materials, sketches, visuals, including the electronic files used to create the project remain the property of Celeste Janina. The final artwork/digital files will become the property of the client mentioned in this proposal ONLY upon final completion of the project. Should the client attempt to use/modify/alter/replicate or steal any of my ideas without making agreed final payment, I will take immediate legal counsel. Celeste Janina reser ves the right to show any artwork, ideas, sketches created for this project in a portfolio as examples of client work. This can be during the project, and also on completion. If you have any specific ‘secrecy/stealth mode’ requirements, please mention this before agreeing to the proposal. Restrictions & Caveats The Copyright Transfer Form does not give you permission, to: use, modify, alter, replicate or borrow, any of the previous and unused: logo ideas, concepts, sketches previously shown and presented during the course of the project. All original preparation materials, sketches, visuals and unused ideas previously shown, and considered, will remain the property of Celeste Janina, trading as: Celeste Janina Design. I am free to use these unused ideas for future conceptual, and client work. Where a previously unused idea/design retains a similar look and style to the finished logo, I shall repurpose and style as to be sufficiently different so as not to cause conflict. You are free to change, modify and adapt the finished logo design as you see fit, but you do so at your own risk, and at the risk of dliuting , or causing confusion, over your existing brand identity.

Copyright Transfer Form
Trademark & Registered Trademark It is important to note that Copyright is not the same as a Trademark, or Registered Trademark. This form does not provide any Trademark ownership, or protection. If you are seeking brand protection, then applying for a Trademark is the way to go. Unfortunately, I am unable to help with this process due to complex nature of hiring a lawyer, and correctly applying & registering for a Trademark. If you require the logo to be registered as a trademarked, then you must seek proper legal advice. Brand Naming You take full responsibility for ensuring that the company/product/name is legally free/available before work is started. Should any legal issue arise with the naming after the project has been completed, I am not legally responsible for any problems thus arising. Please ensure the name you are using is free and legally safe to use before committing to a logo project. Project name changes during a project are exceptionally costly, and challenging to implement, and cause significant delays. If a change of name is required mid-way during a project, and significant logo exploration work has already been resented, then I will have no choice but to recalculate the total cost of the project, to allow for the reworking involved. Please ensure that the name you are using has been: subject to appropriate checks, is not in use by someone else, and/or infringes on any other registered trademark, business name etc. Partnership Guideline - (Restrictions to the signing of this agreement) Desposit & Final Payment I sincerely request that you trust me to do the job you asked myself to complete for you. That you will take on board my suggestions, and ideas, to be in your best interests. I am not an art-worker, and therefore, I will not tolerate any form of micro-managing, or forced art direction during the development of the project. I reser ve the right to suspend any project if a client: inter feres with excessive micromanaging, demonstrates a continued lack of trust and inability to move for ward after showing more than a reasonable number of unique logo ideas/concepts, and/or shows reluctance in the final payment. Fair notice will be given with fair chance to remedy the situation without resorting to project suspension or termination. Any suspension, or termination, will not result in any agreed upon experience be compensated and all designs and work thus developed remain the full ownership of Celeste Janina. Font & Typeface Licensing Any fonts/typefaces that are purchased for the final logo, and/or supporting brand identity

assets, are subject to commercial licensing laws. A font/typeface licences gives the only the owner full rights to use the font/typeface as necessar y. If during the project I feel that a commercial font/typeface is appropriate for the development of your logo and brand identity, I will convey this to you at that time, and a licence must be purchased/ and/or registered to you before the project is finalised. It is against the law for me to provide any client a ‘copy ’ of any font/typeface that I own, and have personally purchased. If you would like to use a copy of a font/typeface that I have purchased, to be used commercially, you must purchase the respective font/typeface licence, and register it in your name. If you wish me to facilitate the purchase and registering of any font on your behalf, I’d be more than happy to do so, and will added at your expense. Final Words If you are unhappy about the progress of the project, feel we are not finding an appropriate angle, then please discuss this with me. I would encourage you to call rather than email, I am ver y easy going and even easier to talk to. It is crucial that we are both completely clear about the objectives and aims before commencing. Now is the time to be open with your thoughts, doubts and/or concerns. Once you have signed and filled in the details below, please scan or photograph and email back to: cjanina03@gmail.com Once you have signed and sent back this proposal, please arrange the first payment so that we can get started with the project. Until this payment is received, I cannot book your project in, and other jobs may take precedence in this time. I thoroughly look for ward to working with you on this project and ver y much appreciate you reaching out to me for your creative needs. Celeste Janina. By signing you are accepting the terms and conditions contained in this quote. Signature:

IMAGE ROUGH VECTORISE After the initial thumbnail and planning sketches were complete, the ideas were able to come to live in Photoshop. These images can be utilised in the C.C.E.P website. The first photo resembles the difference the program makes on the coast, contributing towards a cleaner plant and environmental impact. The two photos below could be used in the social media page and local community page. The first image encourages people to post, share and upload photos from their experience with the coastal programs. The last picture could be a great image to display in the local community page.
IMAGE ROUGH VECTORISE These vectorised images and icons are created from Illustrator based on the planning and sketches prior. The crab and pelican would be great to be used on school program booklets and displayed on the website, somewhat like a mascot for the younger demographic. The six icons could be used on the website to make it appear fun, friendly and engaging with all age groups.

- MULTI-DIMENSIONAL WEB DESIGN There was three templates used and created through the Squarespace website. The most visually effective designs are displayed on the screen resolutions below. The smaller images beneath, display what the other pages look like throughout the website.
WEBSITE C.C.E.P MOCK-UPS This is the second mock-up of the C.C.E.P website design. The most visually effective designs are displayed on the screen resolutions below. The smaller images beneath, display what the other pages look like throughout the website. This website template would be most effective. It crosses over the different screen resolutions well; it’s clear and bright, highlighting the imagery of CCEP and coastal environment.
WEBSITE C.C.E.P MOCK-UPS This is the third mock-up of the C.C.E.P website design. The most visually effective designs are displayed on the screen resolutions below. The smaller images beneath, display what the other pages look like throughout the website. This website template would be the least effective. The dark over toned effect on the images hides the beauty and what the programs offer. Though it is clean in layout, the logo does not sit seamlessly. The white behind the logo creates a hard box breaking the eye flow.
