Nose: Beautifully fragrant, displaying passion fruit, lime zest and herbaceous characters. Palate: Lively and vibrant, showing mouth-watering acidity and a lingering finish. Food match: A variation on classic bruschetta: Blacken then peel red capsicums, chop finely and mix with crumbled feta, oregano and a few drops of red wine vinegar. Season well and serve on grilled bread rounds.
