RICERCA, SVILUPPO ED INNOVAZIONE CON SISTEMI EFFICIENTI ED ECO-COMPATIBILI RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION WITH EFFICIENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLY SYSTEMS Celli S.p.A fa dell’innovazione il suo punto cardine: particolare attenzione è posta nella ricerca di nuovi componenti in campo elettromeccanico e termodinamico, nonché di soluzioni innovative dal punto di vista tecnologico, ambientale e del risparmio energetico. Celli S.p.A. focuses on innovation as its cardinal point: special attention is given to research for new components in the electro-mechanical and thermo-dynamic field, as well as innovative solutions from a technological, environmental and energy saving point of view.
Ricerca e sviluppo Research and development
Per supportare gli studi di ricerca, Celli S.p.A. dispone di un Ufficio Tecnico interno in grado di progettare e realizzare prototipi di prodotti innovativi, potendo cosĂŹ valutare in anteprima e con grande precisione funzionalitĂ tecniche, impatto estetico ed ambientale in fase di pre-produzione. A questo scopo sono state aggiornate ed ampliate le postazioni CAD per la progettazione 3D, che permettono di ottenere campioni di prodotti ancora prima della realizzazione degli stampi definitivi.
The research effort at Celli S.p.A. is supported by an inhouse technical office capable of designing and developing prototypes of innovative products, thereby ensuring advance, high-precision assessment of technical functionality, aesthetic and environmental impact in the pre-production stage. CAD workstations for 3D design have therefore been updated and upgraded to prepare product samples before the development of the definitive moulds.
Laboratorio Laboratory
Un laboratorio all'avanguardia completamente nuovo e razionalizzato leading edge laboratory, completely new and rationalised Il laboratorio di Ricerca e Sviluppo, completamente ridefinito e potenziato, contribuisce fortemente nei processi di ottimizzazione degli impianti e degli accessori di spillatura sia esistenti che di nuova realizzazione grazie alla possibilità di effettuare numerosi test e simulazioni (temperature e umidità) tramite moderni strumenti di analisi e sistemi informatizzati di acquisizione ed elaborazione dati. Sono disponibili 3 Camere termiche all’avanguardia ed un computer centrale per la registrazione e l’elaborazione dei risultati; la possibilità di sviluppare più test contemporaneamente permette di ottenere risultati sperimentali attendibili in tempi più rapidi e con maggiore facilità. The Research and Development workshop has been completely renovated and upgraded to ensure significant input for process optimisation with existing and new tap plant and accessories thanks to the possibility of performing numerous tests and simulations (temperatures and humidity) using modern analysis tools and IT data acquisition and processing systems. Three avant-garde thermal chambers are available, as well as a central computer for recording and processing resulting data; the possibility of performing several tests simultaneously ensures reliable experimental results more quickly and easily.
Produzione Production
Celli S.p.A. ha sviluppato una nuova linea di produzione flessibile ed efficiente che permette di raggiungere alti livelli di lavorazione e maggiore efficienza nel controllo, dettaglio che si rivela indispensabile anche per garantire sicurezza agli operatori. È stato implementato un sistema di rintracciabilità dei principali componenti delle macchine per intervenire in modo tempestivo e mirato sui prodotti, sono state automatizzate le procedure di test delle macchine per ridurre possibilità di errore, è stata predisposta una nuova isola robotizzata per la piegatura dei tubi di acciaio e rame e sarà implementato un sistema elettronico di identificazione relativo alle informazioni sulla produzione del macchinario. Celli S.p.A. has developed a new flexible and efficient production line ensuring high processing levels and even better control efficiency - an aspect that has also proven to be essential for ensuring operator safety. A traceability system has been implemented for the main machine components to ensure timely and targeted product support; machinery test procedures have been automated to reduce the possibility of error; a new robot island has been set up for bending steel and copper pipes; and an electronic identification system will soon be implemented concerning information about machinery production.

UN MAGAZZINO MODERNO E COMPLETAMENTE AUTOMATIZZATO MODERN AND FULLY AUTOMATED WAREHOUSE Una delle più imponenti e impegnative attività di ottimizzazione dello stabilimento è stata quella dedicata al magazzino che è stato diviso in due: una parte automatizzata è in grado di gestire circa 14.000 casse, circa 100 missioni all’ora e 800 movimentazioni per turno; una parte tradizionale è dedicata ai restanti 5.000-6.000 codici, corredata con due carrelli trilaterali filo guidati, per una produttività di 600 articoli su pallet, ognuno di 30-40 missioni all’ora. Si ottiene quindi una riduzione al minimo di errori umani ed una grande rapidità di preparazione dei materiali, per la produzione e le spedizioni ai clienti. One of the most imposing and demanding optimisation tasks at the factory was dedicated to the warehouse, which is now divided into two sections: the automated section can handle about 14,000 crates, about 100 tasks/hour and 800 operations/shift; the traditional section is dedicated to the remaining 5,000-6,000 codes and is equipped with two three-sided wire-guided trolleys ensuring productivity of 600 articles on pallets, each performing 30-40 tasks/ hour. This ensures minimal operator errors and impressive speed in preparing materials for production and shipments to clients.
Formazione Training
La Sala corsi, completamente rinnovata, è stata collocata all’interno di un ambiente ampio e luminoso, dove sono state installate le ultime apparecchiature a scopo dimostrativo e allestito un banco bar funzionante con prodotti Celli. I corsi organizzati da Celli S.p.A. forniscono ai partecipanti le conoscenze necessarie per eseguire installazioni e manutenzioni di impianti professionali: è prevista una parte teorica ed una parte pratica nella quale i partecipanti potranno intervenire direttamente sulle apparecchiature. Durante i corsi inoltre verrà favorita al massimo la condivisione delle esperienze in modo da poter approfondire gli argomenti di maggior interesse. The completely renovated Training Room enjoys a large, bright setting where the latest equipment has been installed for demo purposes, complete with a functional bar counter with Celli products. Courses organised by Celli S.p.A. provide participants with the necessary knowledge for installations and maintenance of professional dispensing equipment: theoretical preparation is joined by a practical section so that participants can work directly on the equipment. These courses also emphasise sharing of experiences for in-depth analysis of topics of major interest.

LIFE CYCLE THINKING ECO-COMPATIBILE IN TUTTO E PER TUTTO LIFE CYCLE ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY THINKING IN EVERYTHING AND FOR EVERYTHING Da sempre sensibile ai temi del rispetto dell’ambiente, oggi la Celli S.p.A organizza i suoi interventi adottando il Life Cycle Thinking, un metodo che consente di verificare l’impatto ambientale complessivo del prodotto e di attivare successivamente un eco-design sulla base di una linea guida denominata “La filosofia delle 6 R” - RIPENSARE, RIDURRE, RIMPIAZZARE, RICICLARE, RIUTILIZZARE, RIPARARE. Celli S.p.A. sceglie ed investe per il rispetto e la tutela dell’ambiente: cura la sostenibilità dei processi produttivi e la gestione delle proprie risorse in termini ambientali, utilizzando pannelli solari, caldaie a condensazione e temporizzatori, sensori di movimento per le luci negli spazi comuni.
