Interview Process: My biggest advice is to prepare. We will challenge you during the interview process to gage your understanding of the Gartner value proposition and consider why you’re interested in the sales internship. We want to determine your sales prowess and your ability to uncover information for your clients.
We will help you through our robust interview process by providing you with feedback on your performance which will support your learning and delivery in future rounds of interviews. This is the beginning of your training at development at Gartner. Training: At Gartner we invest in our people and as an intern you will have the opportunity to experience our first flass training programmes which will help develop your engagement with C Level. The great thing about our training is it’s delivered by some of our top sales professionals who have first-hand experience and proven success in the role you’re starting. Your training doesn’t stop there though because once you are in the business we will assign you with a mentor to support your daily learning and growth at Gartner because we want you to be as successful as you can be during your time with us. Full time offers: The ultimate aim of our intern program is for you to join us a full-time account manager. If your work ethic is superior and you are a quick learner with proven results during your internship, we will extend a full time offer and we are uncapped on the amount of offers we can extend.
