Cloakroom Location Opening Hours

Financial Subsidy Room Students that are eligible to receive a financial subsidy should go to room TC.0.04 on the ground floor of the TC (Rusty) Building (see map on Corporate Partner Presentations page). The subsidies will be distributed from 10:00 to 19:00 – with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00 – on Saturday, 8th November. If you miss picking up your financial subsidy within these times, you will not be able to claim it. Please note that you have to sign the presence form(s) at your interview(s) before you can claim your subsidy, which means you can collect it only after your last interview. You are required to present an identification document (passport or ID card) in order to receive the financial subsidy.

Internet Wireless Internet access is available throughout the WU campus. You may ask the assisting personnel at the info desks for assistance.

Printing During the Career Forum, you will have the possibility to make copies or print (with USB stick) using the copy machines at Campus WU. However, to use the machines you will need to buy a special copy card at the bookstore in the D2 (Zebra) building. The bookstore closes at 18:00 on Friday, 7th November and 14:00 on Saturday, 8th November. Be aware that the cheapest copy card includes 55 copies and costs 4.50 euros. You can find copy machines in the TC (Rusty), D2 (Zebra), D3 (Muchacho), D4 (Tetris) and AD (Muchacho) Buildings. Alternatively, there are two copy and printing facilities in the proximity of the university:

Smoking Areas Please respect that smoking is strictly forbidden inside all the buildings of Campus WU.

Corporate Partner Lunch Voucher This year Corporate Partners can invite two students/alumni to have lunch with them at the Corporate Partner lunch area. Between 10:00 and 12:00 you will have the opportunity of getting a voucher from one of the corporate representatives by their stand at the job fair.

CEMS Masquerade Gala The CEMS Masquerade Gala will be held at The Box (Landstraßer Hauptstraße 2). Please make sure you pick up your bracelet during the job fair at the Student Board stand between 10:00 and 17:00 – please note you will be asked to provide an identification document (passport or ID card). CEMS Club Vienna Mask Sale What better way to complete your evening attire than with an elegant Venetian-style mask for the CEMS Masquerade Gala? The CEMS Club Vienna will be selling masks during the Career Forum at the Student Board stand. With a variety of 16 masks for both women and men, each mask will cost between 5-10 euros and all profits will go to charity. Make sure you drop by and make your contribution.
