Over 400 people voted for their favorite set of decorated windows, and the winning decorations were chosen solely by the voting public. Thanks to everyone who participated in the window decorating contest, and to everyone that voted. Downtown Richmond looks awesome and festive. Non-profits: Be on the lookout for an e-mail about decorating tear-down and cleaning of “borrowed” windows.
Record breaking numbers gather for the parade community event draws over 1000 people to downtown richmond Well over 1,000 people lined the 4 1/2 blocks of East Main Street for the 23rd Annual Holiday Parade, held this year on Friday, November 30th.
