What you won’t see from us is misleading SOLD listings from months ago, or other agencies properties that we have sold. It’s just not the way we do business - we adhere to the commission guidelines when advertising sold properties. You can establish a relationship with the agent of your choosing and let them know the details of what you are looking for. The agent you choose to work with can show you any home that fits your needs/wants, even if that home is not listed with them or the agency they work with.
