We are grateful to have been able to assist so many clients sell their home, and thankful to have been able to welcome so many new families into their new home. We are truly blessed. What you see in our listings section is a good representation of the activity within the last few weeks. What you won’t see from us is misleading SOLD listings from months ago, or other agencies properties that we have sold. It’s just not the way we do business - we adhere to the commission guidelines when advertising sold properties. We are all about transparency and representing our clients’ best interest - not misleading them. This unique environment is wholly beneficial to the public, not the agents. YOU have the opportunity to choose an agent you can trust, who will work with your best interests in mind. You can establish a relationship with the agent of your choosing and let them know the details of what you are looking for. The agent you choose to work with can show you any home that fits your needs/wants, even if that home is not listed with them or the agency they work with.
