A total of twenty-eight (28) sites were considered in the Pacific Northwest. Chilliwack, with its Economic Partners Corporation (CEPCO), directed and focussed their talent pool of government, business and professional board members to enable their Economic Development Practitioners to locate and then sell us a site that exactly fit our needs. CEPCO and the City of Chilliwack have performed beyond our expectations! When, on January 15, 2003, we announced our decision to build a new 250 tonnes per day, state-of–the-art flour mill it was easy for us to acknowledge why we would become long term members of the Chilliwack business community.
