The theatre has been placed on the existing parking spot of woolworths building with woodworking workshop in place of existing recycling woodworks and art gallery cafe across Siteworks, activating the space and pedestrianising Pheonix street and Saon street with minimal connection with the adjacent sites.

The justics Brosnan centre on the Dawson street could be replaced with a woodworking workshp with good front open space for handson activities and interaction centre, hence uplifting the existing character connected through proposed theatre and siteworks.

The performing arts theatre has been placed in a part of woolworths building with a rooftop bar attached on the terrace of the supermarket, furthermore extending to farmers market space with a semi open roof, with one more market space by demolishing a building on Dawson street and connecting through and through with a reasonable activity adjoinging the route.
