Win for Stryker
The awards, in association with Vodafone Ireland and media partner the Irish Examiner, were presented at the Cork Chamber Annual Dinner in Cork City Hall.
Cork Chamber announced Stryker as the overall winner of the Cork Company of the Year Awards 2023. Now in their 25th year, these awards recognise the diversity and vibrancy that exists in the Cork business community. There were four individual category awards presented on the night:
• LegitFit: Emerging Cork Company of the Year 2023
• M&P O’ Sullivan: SME Cork Company of the Year 2023
• Amarenco: Large Cork Company of the Year 2023
• Stryker: International Cork Company of the Year 2023
“Tonight is a wonderful celebration for the business community in Cork,” commented Ronan Murray, Cork Chamber President. “The calibre of applicants for this years’ awards has been phenomenal, all of whom deserve recognition for their achievements. Our winners tonight LegitFit, M&P O’ Sullivan, Amarenco and Stryker, should feel exceptionally proud. It is clear that each has had a unique journey filled with ambition, vision and hard work, and I wish each winner every success as they continue to grow.”
On accepting the award Dr Bernard O’Connor, Vice President Advanced Operations & Global Additive Technologies at Stryker said: “We are thrilled to accept this prestigious award. This award is testament to the drive and dedication of our teams who are motivated to seek innovative and pioneering solutions in delivering our mission – together with our customers, we are driven to make healthcare better.”
