OVERVIEW OF THE PLANNING PROCESS
Step 1: Discovery / Analysis of Previous Work
MEMBERSHIP SURVEY PROCESS
Step 2: Facilities Review / Focus Groups
Step 3: Strategic Goals / Design Considerations
The most important aspect of any private club is its membership. Chambers’ surveys provide a method to give them a voice and provide club leaders information to make effective, data-driven decisions.
Our planning team carefully crafts surveys to gather quantifiable and qualifiable insights into what members are most pleased with in their current club experience and what they may hope to see in the future. This provides firsthand information, as well as a benchmarking tool for the future.
Step 4: Programming / Conceptual Plans
Chambers’ surveys have the following features:
Step 5: Plan Refinement / Member Survey
• Member-Driven: Gathering data directly from the source to ensure you are meeting your member’s needs.
• Diverse Topics: Formulating unique questions that gauge member satisfaction with every aspect of your club experience.
Step 6: Program Costs / Financial Options
• Ease of Access: Surveying members has never been easier with user-friendly online platforms at the click of a button.
• Detailed Reporting: Cross-tabulating information across varying club demographics to understand the true story.
Step 7: Informational Meetings / Plan Adjusted
Step 8: Member Brochure / Plan Approval
Chambers administers the survey via an online platform, tabulates the results, and analyzes feedback based on demographics in order to provide club leaders with informed recommendations on how to proceed.
