TOCCOA CITY COMMISSION

The Toccoa City Commission was created and established in 1931 to govern the City of Toccoa. The following duly-elected representatives currently serve on the Commission.

DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

The Downtown Development Authority, responsible for the Main Street program, focuses on downtown organization, economic development, design, promotions, and recruitment.

TOCCOA PLANNING COMMISSION

The TPC proactively evaluates and recommends changes to zoning ordinances and zoning maps as appropriate, as well as the overall planning processes utilized by the City of Toccoa.

HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION

The HPC reviews certificates of appropriateness applications for renovations to the exterior of buildings in the historic district.

ECONOMIC RESTRUCTURING COMMITTEE
