FAQ on Champagne Saber ORDERS & PERSONALISED ENGRAVING Q. Do you engrave logotypes?

Ans. Yes, we can do this in most cases. Contact us and attach the logo and we can let you know if it's possible!

Q. Do you have quantity discounts?

Ans. Yes. Before ordering 10 or more pcs, contact us and we'll give you our best price.

DELIVERY INFORMATION Q. How many days does it take from order to delivery?

Ans. 2-3 working days, even with engraving. We use UPS for deliveries and they are all fully trackable.

Q. Do you ship to other countries besides the US? Ans. Yes, but this page is specifically for US customers. If you're from another country, contact us and we'll help you.

PAYMENT & RETURNS Q. What payment methods do you accept?

Ans. Currently only Paypal. Pay safely with your VISA or Mastercard, or with funds in your existing Paypal-account.

Q. How do I return a saber?

Ans. Contact us and we will help you. Note that you can't return sabers with personalised engraving since they have been specifically engraved for you. When returning an unengraved saber, you have to pay the shipping, we do not offer free returns.
